Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT services in a Colorado school district. The contract role serves elementary through high school students, performing evaluations and developing IEP goals.

You'll collaborate with teachers, admins, and families, maintain timely records, and participate in IEP meetings. Schedule is 36 hours weekly, Tue-Fri, 7:30-4:30, through May 20, 2027, with healthcare benefits, housing, and meals included.

Qualifications

• Active OT license required
• Experience in school-based OT settings
• Experience with pediatric populations in educational settings
• Experience conducting evaluations and writing reports
• Ability to develop IEP goals
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services onsite at multiple schools for students from elementary through high school
• Conduct overflow evaluations to support assessment needs at assigned sites
• Collaborate with educators, administration, and families to implement individualized OT interventions
• Maintain clear, timely records and participate in IEP meetings or team discussions
• Support students with diverse needs, focusing on participation, sensory regulation, and motor skill development
