Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services for a school district near Souderton, PA. The role covers an elementary and middle school caseload, full-time five days a week through March 2027.

We offer on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders, robust support resources, and a collaborative, growth-focused environment for therapists new to school-based settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Clearances for Child Abuse, Federal, and State per district policy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide individualized or group therapy sessions aligned with IEP goals.
• Screen, evaluate, and document student progress using approved instruments.
• Attend IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings to update interventions and goals.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy into classroom activities.
• Provide consultative services to involve and educate parents.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation per federal/state rules.
