Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver school-based services for elementary students in the Exton/West Chester area. You will receive mentorship and clinical support from our directors, with opportunities to contribute to IEP development, progress monitoring, and comprehensive documentation throughout the school year.

The role emphasizes collaboration with colleagues, ongoing professional development, and the chance to impact a child’s educational access

Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Child Abuse, Federal, and State Clearances.
• Experience working with children preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping children succeed in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services in elementary schools.
• Assist with IEP development and student progress monitoring.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting of services.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and CEUs.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student outcomes.

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide school-based services for local elementary schools in the Exton and West Chester, PA areas. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary school students while receiving the support you need to thrive professionally.
