Job summary

Collegium Charter School seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to lead the district's OT program, supporting students with disabilities to improve daily living and educational participation.

Under supervision of the Director of Pupil Services, you will assess, plan, implement, and monitor individualized programs, collaborate with staff, and contribute to IEPs. This is a full-time, 10-month salaried exempt position in Exton, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Graduation from an NBCOT-recognized occupational therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and coordinates the school district's OT program.
• Screens, evaluates and monitors students for educational and therapeutic needs.
• Collaborates with staff to share student performance strengths and needs.
• Produces written OT profiles and guides evidence-based interventions.
• Participates in IEP development and planning.
• Provides targeted therapeutic intervention to improve participation.
• Assesses need for assistive technology and equipment for school use.
• Documents services and maintains records per district policies and regulations.
• Supervises OT Assistants as needed.
• Plans and conducts continuing education for staff and families.
