The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team in Coatesville, PA. You will assess and treat students, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to support student success in the classroom and beyond.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license; NBCOT certification preferred
• Experience with children/adolescents; school-based experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and educational goals
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in individual and group settings
• Support fine motor development, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, self-care, and functional life skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate documentation, treatment records, and progress reports
• Recommend adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and therapeutic strategies to support student success
