Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active OT license in the state.
• Experience in schools or pediatric settings encouraged.
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and school-based therapy documentation.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT evaluations, interventions, and consultative services to students.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide input on progress and goals.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to promote independence and academic success.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with school policies and regulations.
• Partner with teachers, families, and school staff to support student achievement.
