Soliant is seeking a contract Occupational Therapist to support students in a vibrant school-based setting near Mendenhall, MS. You will collaborate with a supportive team to foster growth and independence among children while delivering therapy services.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state.
• Previous experience within a pediatric or school environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' developmental and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing motor skills, sensory processing, self-care and adaptive behavior
• Work closely with special education teams, teachers and parents to support learning and participation
• Document services and progress, maintaining compliance with school and legal standards
• Serve as an engaged resource, providing staff and family consultation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
