Sage Connections is hiring a W-2 Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year. The role supports both experienced and new therapists with a team that values growth and well-being.

Responsibilities include OT services aligned with IEPs, evaluations, treatment planning, collaboration with education staff, and timely documentation. Florida license required; Master’s in Occupational Therapy is a must.

• Caseload: K–12,
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week
• Dates:August 2026 - May 2027

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services aligned with student IEPs

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Florida License in Occupational Therapy
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
