Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Newark, DE is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide school-based services for a local school district. These are full-time 1099 independent contractor positions for the 2026/27 school year, offering on-site and off-site mentorship and resources.

Qualified OTs will plan and deliver therapy aligned with IEPs, collaborate with educators, involve families, and maintain compliant documentation.

Competenze

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Child Abuse, Federal, and State Clearances.

Mansioni

• Plan and provide therapy through individual and group sessions aligned to IEP goals.
• Screen, evaluate, and document student strengths, needs, and progress with approved instruments.
• Participate in IEP and MDT meetings to review needs and update interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers to plan classroom activities and ensure carry-over of skills.
• Provide consultative services to involve parents in the therapy program.
• Maintain reports and records per federal/state laws and school policy.
• Meet student needs by partnering with other disciplines.
• Comply with applicable policies and regulations.
• Stay current with research, theories, and practices in school-based therapy.
