The OT will evaluate students, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure progress. Strong school-based experience and PA NBCOT licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Evaluating students and identifying needs for OT services in a school setting.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on students' goals and needs.
• Communicating therapy plans and progress with teachers, parents, and guardians.
• Documenting therapy sessions and tracking student progress with accurate records.
• Providing services including screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating students: Identifying areas for improvement and determining if a student is eligible for OT services.
• Developing treatment plans: Creating individualized treatment plans based on students' goals and needs.
• Communicating: Communicating with students' teachers, parents, and guardians about therapy plans and progress.
• Documenting: Maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and collecting data to track student progress.
• Providing services: Conducting screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations.
