Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, criminal justice, sociology, psychology, or related field and/or 3 years of experience
• Passionate about mentoring
• Youth development experience with diverse communities
• Team-oriented and capable of collaboration with a wide range of people

Responsibilities

• Present and support STARS Mentoring program and classroom facilitation
• Serve as subject expert on AIM and STARS curricula for implementation by coworkers and agency partners
• Build and maintain relationships with schools and community partners to support youth development
