Job summary

Denver Public Schools seeks a Mentor Coordinator to support Career and College Success (CCS) initiatives regionally. You will recruit and provide case management for mentor students, partner with school staff, and ensure alignment with CCS opportunities and parental engagement.

Responsibilities include coordinating Coach cohorts, training mentors, and tracking outcomes while promoting equitable access to CCS resources. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred, with 1+ years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and provide case management for mentor students in Coach programs.
• Coordinate regional Coach cohort logistics and mentor/mentee matching.
• Develop and implement CCS resources and training for mentors.
• Advocate for CCS programs with teachers, staff, parents, and partners.
• Represent CCS in school and community settings to promote program outcomes.
• Track attendance, data entry, and program metrics across districts.
