Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in mental health or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience providing mental health services.
• Must be licensed as LISW or LPCC by the State Board and have supervisor’s endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular supervision with clinical staff.
• Liaison with school representatives in each contract.
• Periodic review of documentation for clinical content and appropriateness.
• Ensure timeliness of episodes and documentation in the electronic health record.
• Provide back-up coverage and supervise staff workflows.
• Recruit and train staff and conduct regular staff meetings.
• Promote resiliency and a team approach to children’s issues.
• Plan and coordinate in-service activities and training for staff.
