Job summary

Youth Eastside Services (YES) is seeking a School-Based Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead clinical staff delivering mental health services in school settings. The role collaborates with the Director to ensure high quality care, adherence to MTSS, and effective partnerships with districts and families.

The position aligns with school hours and may require some after-hours or weekend coverage during crises or events, with a strong emphasis on supervision, data-driven improvement, and compliance

Qualifications

• Must hold a behavioral health license and be eligible to supervise clinicians.
• 2+ years of supervision experience.
• Experience in school-based or youth behavioral health.
• Strong knowledge of CBT/DBT, suicide prevention, and MTSS.
• Ability to collaborate with schools and districts.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and evaluations for school-based staff.
• Oversee onboarding, professional development, and performance plans.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA/FERPA and program standards.
• Collaborate with administrators and district partners.
• Lead crisis response and ensure data-driven program improvements.
