Job summary

Health Solutions in Pueblo, CO is seeking a full-time Supervisor, School-Based Program to lead a team of school-based behavioral health professionals, ensure high-quality mental health services for students and families, and oversee clinical supervision and program operations.

You will conduct site visits, coordinate with schools and partners, provide trainings, maintain documentation in the electronic health record, and ensure compliance with grant and organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and Colorado licensure in clinical social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• Extensive knowledge of theories, modalities, and clinical treatment for children, adolescents, and families.
• Experience working with a multidisciplinary team and collaboration with community agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise licensed professionals, licensure candidates, and case managers in school-based programs.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling and supervise staff.
• Coordinate with schools, contract managers, and community partners to strengthen services.
