Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide individualized, one-on-one care for a student with complex medical needs in a Fleetwood, PA school setting. The role includes accompanying the student on bus transportation, with paid time for transportation, and supports ESY continuity through the school year.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Pennsylvania LPN license.
• Experience with pediatric or medically complex care preferred.
• Comfortable with hands-on care and mobility support.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state clearances.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing care to the student during the school day.
• Accompany student on the bus and ensure safe transport.
• Monitor seizures, G-tube, and other medical needs.
• Assist with wheelchair use and two-person transfers.
• Coordinate care with school staff, therapists, and family.
