Job summary

Gobravvo is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for an elementary school student with complex medical needs in Hampton, GA. The role covers both in-school support and care during daily transportation on a full-time, school-year basis.

The LPN will manage G-tube feedings, tracheostomy care, and seizure monitoring, while assisting with ADLs and collaborating with teachers and school health staff to follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia.
• Experience with G-tube management, tracheostomy care, and seizure monitoring.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care for a student with complex medical needs in a school setting.
• Deliver in-school and transportation support throughout the school year.
• Collaborate with teachers and school health staff to follow individualized care plans.
• Maintain documentation of care, incidents, and interventions.
