CarePlus NJ, Inc. seeks a School Based Health Center Program Manager to oversee SBHC contracts across Bergen County.
You will coordinate daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with schools, healthcare providers, families, and community agencies to deliver integrated medical and behavioral health services. The role requires a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field and 1–2 years of clinical mental health experience.
Location: Multiple Bergen County school districts
Onsite FT 40: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm
Salary: $68-71k

Job Summary:
The School-Based Health Center (SBHC) Manager is responsible for managing assigned School Based contracts; Assisting with the overall coordination, administration, and daily operations of the School-Based Health Center; Working collaboratively with school administration, healthcare providers, behavioral health staff, families, community agencies, and organizational leadership to ensure students have access to high-quality, integrated medical, behavioral health, and preventive healthcare services. Ensure compliance with federal, state, organizational, licensing, grant, and accreditation requirements while promoting a safe, student-centered environment.
