Job Summary:

As a Therapist in our Maternal Family Center, you will provide outpatient behavioral health services to individuals and families affected by perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), while also serving children, adolescents, adults, and families with diverse mental health needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build expertise in maternal and family mental health, utilize evidence-based practices, and grow professionally through a varied caseload, extensive clinical supervision, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

What You Will Do:

• Demonstrate an ability to have a diverse caseload of approximately 45-55 clients of various ages and clinical presentations to be able to expand one\'s clinical knowledge and experience.
• Implement evidence-based interventions (such as CBT, MI, etc.) and assessments to help individuals achieve their treatment goals, link to community resources, and provide inter-agency coordination of treatment.
• Assess and evaluate clients at intake, admission, during ongoing treatment and service delivery, and at discharge or transfer.
• Formulate psychosocial treatment plans with relevant goals, behaviorally measurable objectives that serve as indexes for evaluating treatment progress, and realistic time frames for achievement.
• Respond to clients for crisis intervention.
• Plan for, communicate, and document discharge/aftercare/transfer plans for clients completing treatment and accessing other services in the continuum.
• Function as a member of an interdisciplinary team in the assessment and evaluation of clients, provide written documentation of client\'s history and assessment information, and actively participate in program and clinical team meetings.

What We Need to See:

• Master\'s degree in a behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university
