CarePlus NJ, Inc. in New Jersey seeks a capable supervisor to lead staff delivering clinically sound services. You will act as the primary contact for clients and families, guiding treatment engagement and helping participants develop illness self-management skills.
The role involves coordinating supervision, training, and outreach across multiple locations with a focus on quality and client outcomes.
Location: Bergen and/or Morris counties, potential for multiple locations
On-site FT 40 hours: 4-10 hour days Monday-Thursday or Monday- Fridaywith potential for evening hours and hybrid flexibility
Salary: $72,500
You will provide leadership, supervision, direction, and coordination of staff to ensure full provision of clinically sound services to clients. You will serve as the primary contact person for clients and families and will spearhead efforts to engage clients in treatment with the goal to build a positive relationship with participants and assist them in developing their abilities for illness self-management.
