Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an elementary school assignment in Enumclaw, WA. The role runs for the 2026–2027 school year, roughly December 14, 2026 to June 16, 2027, with a caseload up to 48 students and a 9:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

Responsibilities include delivering IEP-aligned services, evaluations, goal development, progress reporting, and collaboration with teachers and families to support student communication and learning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Washington State SLP license.
• ESA certification in speech-language pathology (WA).
• Experience with elementary students preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload, documentation, and evaluation timelines.
• Availability for the assignment dates and daily schedule.
• Ability to complete district onboarding and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services per students’ IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of communication needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized goals.
• Use age-appropriate activities to support engagement.
• Maintain service documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and planning.
• Recommend strategies and accommodations across settings.
