Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an elementary school-based position in Mukilteo, Washington. This part-time role offers a four-day workweek with ASAP start through the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities include providing SLP services, conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and collaborating with teachers and families to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Washington State SLP license.
• ESA certification in speech-language pathology.
• Experience with elementary students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain service documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Recommend strategies and accommodations to support communication across school settings.
