Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks a master's-level clinical trainee to work in school-based programs across Moundsview, White Bear Lake and St Paul districts. You will engage students, families, and school staff, providing mental health services during school hours with potential afternoons/evenings as needed.

A strong candidate has a master's in a mental health field, six months of community-based mental health experience, and is prepared for supervision towards LPCC/LICSW/LMFT licensure while navigating

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field is required.
• Minimum of six months experience in mental health as a Community Based Therapist (CTSS or ARMHS).
• Licensure supervision for LPCC/LICSW/LMFT is offered.
• Proficient in EHR documentation and state/state-certified reporting requirements.
• Strong communication and organization to coordinate school-based services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely clinical charting in EHR daily.
• Update and maintain client files per guidelines.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure client information.
• Prepare case notes and state-m mandated documents.
• Manage caseload to meet weekly billable time.
• Participate in meetings with internal and external partners.
• Provide licensure supervision for targeted licenses.
• Support families, parents, and school staff to coordinate services.
