Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking master's-level clinicians to work in school-based programs across Minnesota, delivering mental health services to students with collaboration with families and school staff.

Ideal candidates hold a master's degree in a mental health field and have some community-based therapy experience. Licensure supervision is available; schedule includes school hours and potential afternoon/evening sessions. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health.
• Knowledge of diagnostic assessment process, treatment planning and use of varied therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient use of computers and online EHR/Microsoft systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daytime school hours and potential afternoons/evenings.
• Ability to transport between client homes/clinic and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical charting using the Electronic Health Record (HER) daily.
• Update and maintain client files as required and necessary per guidelines.
• Secure all client information per HIPAA standards.
• Complete accurate case notes for each billable unit.
• Prepare written reports and state mandated documents per LifeStance Health expectations.
• Manage a caseload that meets weekly billable time.
• Participate in meetings with internal and external customers and partners.
