Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a master’s-level clinical trainee to work in our school-based programs, serving students in multiple schools and engaging with families. The role requires knowledge of family systems, diagnostic assessment, and crisis intervention, with proficiency in EHR documentation and flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidate has a master’s in a mental health field and at least six months of relevant community-based therapy experience, with willingness to transport between sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field.
• Minimum six months experience as a Community Based Therapist in CTSS or ARMHS.
• Experience with psychotherapy and diagnostic assessments.
• Experience with Foster Providers, Adoption, and County Social Services.
• Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health.
• Proficient with computers for documenting for clients and staff.
• Strong scheduling flexibility and ability to manage referrals.
• Ability to transport between client homes/clinic and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical charting in the EHR daily.
• Update and maintain client files per guidelines.
• Secure all client information per HIPAA standards.
• Prepare accurate case notes for billable units.
• Generate reports and state-m mandated documents.
• Manage a caseload that meets weekly billable hours.
• Participate in internal/external meetings as required.
