Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a master's-level clinical trainee to work in school-based programs in the Moundsview, White Bear Lake and St Paul districts. Trainees engage with students, families, and school staff to coordinate services and support referrals.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of family systems, diagnostic assessment, and diverse therapeutic interventions for children, with flexibility for afternoons/evenings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
• Experience with children, families and individuals in therapy, including crisis intervention.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient use of computers and EHR systems.
• Strong organizational skills and flexible scheduling.
• Ability to transport between client homes, clinic, and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical charting using the EHR on a daily basis.
• Update and maintain client files as required.
• Secure all client information per HIPAA standards.
• Complete accurate case notes for each billable unit.
• Prepare written reports per state certification requirements.
• Manage a caseload to meet weekly billable time.
• Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
