Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a master's-level clinical trainee to work in our school-based programs across Minnesota. You will serve students in Delano High School, Delano Elementary, St.

Paul Elementary, and Moundsview Elementary, collaborating with families and school staff to coordinate services. The role emphasizes family systems, diagnostic assessment, crisis intervention, and efficient documentation using an electronic health records system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in a mental health field required.
• Experience with psychotherapy and diagnostic assessments.
• Strong communication with school staff and families; ability to manage referrals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical charting using the EHR daily.
• Update and maintain client files per guidelines.
• Secure all client information per HIPAA standards.
• Complete accurate case notes for each billable unit.
• Prepare written reports and state mandated documents for certification.
• Manage a caseload meeting weekly billable targets.
• Participate in meetings with internal and external partners.
