Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Master’s-level clinical trainee to join our school-based programs in Minnesota. You will work directly in schools with students identified by our referral partners, engaging with families and school staff to coordinate services.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of family systems and crisis interventions, strong communication skills, and the ability to transport between locations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in a mental health field required.
• Experience with psychotherapy and diagnostic assessments preferred.
• Ability to work in school-based settings and engage families.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely clinical charting in the EHR on a daily basis.
• Update and maintain client files as required by guidelines.
• Secure all client information per HIPAA standards.
• Complete accurate case notes for each billable unit.
• Prepare written reports and state mandated documents for certification.
• Manage a caseload that meets weekly billable time targets.
• Participate in meetings with internal and external partners.
• Provide licensure supervision for LPCC/LICSW/LMFT tracks.
