Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a master's-level clinician to work in school-based programs in Minnesota, serving students at Delano High School, Delano Elementary, St. Paul Elementary, and Moundsview Elementary.

You will engage with families and school staff, coordinating services and referrals within school hours and potentially afternoons/evenings. You will maintain charting, ensure HIPAA compliance, and manage a steady caseload while collaborating with partners and supervisors for licensure

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field (clinical focus).
• Strong knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical charting using the Electronic Health Record (EHR) on a daily basis.
• Update and maintain client files per guidelines.
• Secure client information per HIPAA standards.
• Complete accurate case notes for each billable unit.
• Prepare written reports and state mandated documents for certification.
• Manage a caseload that meets weekly billable targets.
• Participate in meetings with internal/external stakeholders.
