Job summary

Adult & Child Health seeks a School Based Support Specialist to deliver intensive outpatient case management for youth in school settings. The role includes advocating for student success, coordinating with schools, families, and providers, and delivering interventions aligned with treatment plans.

You will manage a caseload, document timely, and participate in staff development. Some home/community outreach and crisis follow-up are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or related field or two years of related behavioral health experience.
• Experience providing one-on-one or group services focused on recovery/resilience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ethical, legal, and procedural standards in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intensive outpatient case management in school settings.
• Coordinate care with schools, families, and service providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and follow-up, including outreach for missed appointments.
