Job summary

The Achievement Center of LECOM Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT/ABA) to support treatment plans for children and adolescents in school and community settings. The role emphasizes one-on-one ABA implementation and coordination with families and school teams.

Qualifications

• Must meet IBHS program criteria by one of the listed options or with a high school diploma plus 40-hour ABA training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, current insurance and reliable vehicle.
• Clearances including Act 33, Act 34 and FBI clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the treatment team in implementing the Individual Treatment Plan for the child or adolescent.
• Provide one-on-one implementation of established treatment plans with children and adolescents facing behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Improve independent age-appropriate functioning and transfer skills to child, guardians and caregivers.
• Schedule services in home, school and community settings as needed.
• Assist with intake for new clients entering the program.
• Review instructions and supervisor updates, interpret data and respond to correspondence.
• Must be willing to travel in Erie County.
