Job summary

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BHT) in Lancaster, PA to work with children across clinic, home, and school settings. You will implement ABA under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support communication and independent living skills with families and treatment teams.

The role offers guaranteed 20 hours per week, paid training, and PTO, plus mileage reimbursement for travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implemented under supervision of a BCBA.
• Data collection and maintaining client program materials.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school setting.
• Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with family, caregivers, and treatment teams to deliver support.
• Follow treatment plan and educate others about ABA interventions.
• Collect and maintain data and foster therapeutic relationships.
