Job summary

Channel ABA provides behavioral health services to children and families in Pennsylvania and seeks Behavioral Health Technicians to support clients in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, help develop new skills, and contribute to data collection and progress notes.

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available, with daytime, after-school, evening, and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania requires Behavioral Health Technician qualifications as per state guidelines.
• Experience with children or autism is welcome but not required for all applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral health services to assigned clients.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and other functional skills.
• Collect and document treatment data.
• Complete required session documentation.
• Participate in supervision and required trainings.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, families, and other members of the treatment team.
• Follow organizational policies and applicable behavioral health requirements.
