Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• On-site in Lancaster, PA with reliable transportation.
• Experience or training in Behavioral Intervention, including de-escalation and reinforcement-based approaches.
• Strong observation, documentation, and time-management skills, with attention to data collection.
• Willingness to complete required trainings, certifications, and ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under supervision of a behavior analyst.
• Collect accurate behavioral data.
• Assist with skill-building activities focused on communication, social skills, and daily living.
• Model positive behavior strategies for caregivers and educators.
• Maintain a safe and structured environment and participate in team meetings.
• Collaborate with families in home, school, and community settings to ensure consistency.
