Job summary

Silver Lining ABA is seeking a Behavior Health Technician (BHT) to work one-on-one with children, helping them learn essential communication, social, and daily living skills through ABA strategies. You’ll follow individualized treatment plans and receive ongoing support from our clinical team.

No ABA experience? We provide paid training, coaching, and opportunities to earn RBT exam prep, with a guaranteed full-time salary and a clear path to grow your career in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass required background checks and clearances
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete required training

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children helping them learn skills that matter in the real world—from communicating and building relationships to becoming more independent
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by our clinical team and use ABA strategies to help each child progress
• Collect data and document each session and collaborate with BCBAs, families, teachers, and other professionals
