Job summary

The Achievement Center of LECOM Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT/ABA) to support treatment teams in schools and community settings across Erie County. The role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional challenges, aiming to improve daily functioning and skills transfer to families.

Qualifications

• Must meet criteria for IBHS program with one of the listed credentials or experience.
• Options include high school diploma + 40-hour ABA training, BCaBA, RBT, BCAT, ABA certification, or 2 years BHT experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist treatment team with implementing the Individual Treatment Plan for each child/adolescent.
• Provide one-on-one implementation of treatment plans.
• Improve independence and transfer skills to child and caregivers.
• Schedule services across home, school, and community settings.
• Assist with intake for new clients.
• Review instructions and data for each client.
• Willingness to travel within Erie County.
