Job summary

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BHT) in the Lancaster, PA area. You will work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, or school settings, implementing ABA under BCBA supervision to create meaningful change.

The role offers paid training, benefits, and guaranteed hours. You will help clients improve communication, social, and independent living skills, collaborating with families and treatment teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of experience with children/adolescents with Autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school settings implementing ABA under supervision to create meaningful change.
• Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with family, caregivers, and treatment teams to deliver effective support.
• Follow treatment plan and educate others about ABA interventions.
• Collect and maintain data and manage client materials.
