Job summary

Brightli is seeking a School-Based Support Specialist to deliver intensive outpatient case management to youth in a school setting, coordinating care with families and providers to promote recovery, resilience, and academic success.

Responsibilities include providing interventions aligned with treatment plans in school-based settings, crisis intervention, home visits as needed, and data-driven documentation to ensure quality and compliance with agency standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or related field, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Two years of related behavioral health experience if bachelor’s degree is in another field.
• Experience providing one-on-one or group services focused on recovery and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intensive outpatient case management in a school setting.
• Coordinate care with schools, families, and community providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and follow-up; conduct home visits as needed.
• Maintain timely documentation and ensure compliance with agency protocols.
• Participate in staff development, supervision, and program activities.
