Job summary

Navra Education is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support students in school-based settings across California. You will help students develop behavioral, social, communication, and academic skills to succeed.

Responsibilities include one-on-one or small-group support, data collection, aiding with transitions and routines, using positive reinforcement and de-escalation, and collaborating with teachers, BCBAs, staff, and families.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs.
• School-based, ABA, special education, or behavioral health experience preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus, but not required for all openings.
• Strong communication, reliability, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small-group behavioral support
• Collect and document student progress data
• Support students with transitions, classroom participation, and daily routines
• Use positive reinforcement and de-escalation strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, school staff, and families
