Job summary

Navra Education is hiring dedicated Behavior Technicians to support students in school-based settings throughout Rhode Island. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping students develop the behavioral, social, communication, and academic skills they need to succeed.

Responsibilities include one-on-one or small-group behavioral support, collecting and documenting student progress data, assisting with transitions, classroom participation, and daily routines, and

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs.
• School-based, ABA, special education, or behavioral health experience preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus, but not required for all openings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small-group behavioral support
• Collect and document student progress data
• Support students with transitions, classroom participation, and daily routines
• Use positive reinforcement and de-escalation strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, school staff, and families
