Job summary

enCircle in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students and classroom staff under BCBA/BCaBA supervision. You will help implement behavior intervention plans, skill acquisition programs and classroom behavior support systems.

The role involves data collection, observations, staff support and monitoring of interventions across school settings, with driving duties and a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; 40 hours per week guaranteed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in education, psychology, human services, or related field preferred.
• Candidates must enroll in 40-hour RBT training within 2 weeks and obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• Valid Virginia Driver's License and insurace; satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity under supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA.
• Provide direct behavioral support to students across classroom and school settings.
• Support teachers and aides in implementation of behavior plans and classroom management procedures.
• Model evidence-based behavior intervention strategies per supervising BCBA/BCaBA.
• Conduct behavioral observations and communicate findings to supervising BCBA/BCaBA.
• Collect data and assist with progress monitoring for IEP goals.
