A progressive therapy organization in Roanoke, VA is seeking an Entry-Level Behavior Technician to implement behavior intervention plans and support children with autism. You'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, collect data on client progress, and assist in developing treatment plans. Essential qualifications include a high school diploma, observational skills, and an RBT certification within 60 days of hire. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift or carry 50+ pounds.
• Experience in childcare or ABA industry preferred.

Responsabilités
