Job summary

A leading school district is seeking five qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for the 2025–2026 school year. These positions will support students with complex behavioral needs, working directly under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Responsibilities include providing behavior intervention services and collecting data. Candidates must be fully certified RBTs with necessary certifications to qualify for the positions. The work hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 35 hours per week, with additional pay while in the RBT position.

Qualifications

• Must be fully certified RBTs by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Certification must be obtained by April 1, 2026, to be eligible for the interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to students with intensive behavioral needs.
• Implement behavior plans under direction of BCBA.
• Engage in data collection and analysis.
• Support skill acquisition and academic goals.
• Participate in student behavior meetings.
• Maintain RBT certification.
