Job summary

Ascending Trends ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support neuro-diverse children in community settings during the 2026-2027 school year. You will implement ABA-based intervention plans, collect data, and help children develop social and communication skills.

Work hours align with school hours (9am-3pm), Monday through Friday, in person. Prior ABA experience and RBT certification are required, with ongoing collaboration with BCBAs and families to ensure client

Qualifications

  • Experience or training in applied behavior analysis (ABA) is preferred.
  • Background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities or special education is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of behavior management strategies and techniques is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist clients empathetically and effectively.
  • Ability to collect data accurately and analyze behavioral patterns for effective intervention planning.
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician is required.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will work directly with neuro-diverse children in community settings, implementing behavior intervention plans designed to improve their social and communication skills. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in achieving their goals through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and support.

Hours of work would generally be during school hours (between 9am-3pm), Monday-Friday.
