Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must enroll in 40-hour RBT training if not certified within 2 weeks and obtain certification within 60 days.
• Active RBT certification per BACB requirements or pursuit thereof.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under supervision.
• Provide direct behavioral support and assist staff as needed.
• Collect data, monitor progress, and maintain documentation.
