Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a School-Based Behavior Technician to support students in classrooms under BCBA supervision. The role offers school-day, full-time hours on school campuses in Newport, NH with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include 1:1 and small-group ABA support, data collection, and collaboration with educators. Training is provided, with ongoing supervision and pathways to advanced roles within CAS.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans.
• Support skill development related to communication, behavior, and learning readiness.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and session documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Support students during transitions, routines, and challenging moments.
• Maintain professionalism within school environments.
