Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

The role offers weekday availability, a defined local region, paid onboarding and ongoing supervision, and a clear path to full-time hours as caseloads grow. Training and support are provided; no experience required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• No ABA experience required - we train you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
