Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) seeks a School-Based Behavior Technician to implement ABA strategies under BCBA supervision in educational settings. You will collaborate with teachers and clinicians to promote student skill development and behavioral regulation.

The role offers a full-time, school-day schedule focused on weekdays, with paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and pathways into advanced clinical roles within CAS.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs).
• No prior ABA experience required - training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Support students during transitions and routines throughout the school day.
