Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a School-Based Behavior Technician to support students in classrooms by applying ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to promote communication, behavior, and learning readiness, collaborating with teachers and clinicians throughout the school day.

This full-time role follows a school-day schedule on school campuses, with paid onboarding and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• High School diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• No prior ABA experience required—we train you

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans
• Support skill development related to communication, behavior, and learning readiness
• Collect accurate behavioral data and session documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
• Support students during transitions, routines, and challenging moments
• Maintain professionalism within school environments
