Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

The role offers paid onboarding, tuition support, and a clear pathway to full-time hours as cases allow. Growth to Lead BT and ABA roles is possible with continued development and performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Experience with or willingness to train in ABA therapy.
• Willingness to train for RBT certification and work under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based strategies to engage children and collect session data.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback to improve clinical skills and expand responsibilities.
